Our research team, comprised of seven members, has successfully concluded an investigation on the topic "Implementation of Unique ID for Persons with Disabilities: A Field Study." The research project took one year to complete. The research was affiliated by the Vivekananda Research Committee. We undertook numerous visits to educational institutions and NGOs that serve individuals with disabilities. We also hosted several seminars in these institutions making people aware about the scheme and their rights. Our study extensively covered the UDID card acquisition process and the challenges faced by applicants. The research paper has been finalized and is now awaiting approval from our academic institution for publication.

During my internship, I learned the practice and procedure of the Supreme Court of India. Among the tasks I handled were:- Drafting various Lists of Dates, Special Leave Petitions, Civil and Criminal Appeals, and connected Applications.- Conducting research on several topics of lawincluding Arbitration, Service, Administrative, Constitutional, Orissa Local Laws, the Transfer of Property Act, and the Evidence Act.

During my Internship, in the court of Justice Pratibha M Singh, I conducted in-depth research on Intellectual Property laws, focusing on the Trademark Act, Copyright Act, Design Act, Patent Act, and the Official Secrets Act. I attended various court proceedings, gaining practical insights into the application of legal principles and nuances of Intellectual Property laws. Additionally, I analyzed ongoing cases, prepared briefs summarizing key details, and conducted research to support legal arguments, which significantly enhanced my analytical and research skills.

During my internship, I conducted comprehensive research on high-profile cases involving the CBI, RERA, ED, among others. I have participated in and provided assistance for numerous cases across district courts and tribunals. I had the occasion to assist our team in conducting crucial cases listed before Hon'ble High court of Delhi, Central Administrative Tribunal — Principal Bench, National Green Tribunal, National Company Law Tribunal, and several matters in District & Session Courts at Delhi. Additionally, I drafted various Legal Documents such as — Written statements, Affidavits and Legal notices. I also assisted in filing fresh matters in several district courts and tribunals. Furthermore, I have diligently prepared for and attended various arbitration and mediation cases and contributed my assistance in those matters.

I served as a dedicated volunteer with the DelhiState Legal Service Authority (DSLSA). During my tenure, I spearheaded numerous legal awareness campaigns in the Shalamar village. My primary focus was to educate the community about the free legal assistance offered by the government for the underprivileged sections of society. Furthermore, I meticulously documented several cases and successfully facilitated their referrals to the DSLSA for official filing and further action.

Throughout the duration of this internship, I actively participated in a multitude of court proceedings encompassing Civil, Criminal, and Matrimonial cases held within numerous District courts and Tribunals in the vicinity of Delhi. I also conducted numerous client meetings, noting the facts and providing them with legal assistance. Additionally, I got the opportunity to provide valuable support in diverse legal matters, conducting comprehensive case file analysis and conducting research on inquiries pertaining to key legislations such as IPC, CRPC, CPC, RERA, HMA, among others. Furthermore, I attended and assisted during various mediation proceedings as well.
