I am Aditya, a Mechanical Engineering graduate and Sports Management professional. I completed my post-graduation in Sports Management and Technology from AISTS India, where I gained a comprehensive understanding of the intricacies of sports management. This course equipped me with the essential knowledge and skills required to excel in the sports industry.Currently, I am part of the partnerships team at GoSports Foundation. Since its inception, GoSports has significantly supported the growth of Olympic and Paralympic sports in India. In my role at the foundation, I manage existing partnerships and secure new ones. This involves building and nurturing relationships with various stakeholders, identifying potential partners, and collaborating with them to support the development of sports and athletes across the country. My work is driven by a passion for fostering sports excellence and creating social change through the power of sport.In my previous role as a Business Development Executive with SportsKPI, I helped secure multiple live-streaming contracts for prestigious competitions such as the I-League, I-League 2, Hero Santosh Trophy, and the Senior Women's National Championship, among others. My day-to-day responsibilities at SportsKPI included managing the entire sales pipeline, from generating leads to creating and delivering presentations and executing deliverables.During my time at university, I founded and captained the Table Tennis team and was also a member of the college football team. Additionally, I served as Head of Event Management and as a mentor in the APSIT Skills Program, guiding students through internships during college.Curious by nature, I am always eager to learn new things and grow through everyday experiences. I am recognized for my problem-solving abilities, strategic planning, and effective communication and execution. I am keen to apply my skill set to the ever-evolving sports industry and contribute meaningfully to its growth.
