I have a postgraduate degree in Marketing/Marketing Management from Fanshawe College, where I learned how to apply strategic and analytical skills to various business scenarios. I also have a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Gateway Institute of Engineering and Technology, where I gained a solid foundation in technical and engineering principles. My most recent role was as a Quality Inspector at ArcelorMittal Europe, one of the world's leading steel and mining companies, where I was responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of the packaging process.As a Quality Inspector, I worked with a team of supervisors and operators to monitor and maintain the production and quality records, such as batch logs, production reports, and inventory counts. I also managed the paperwork and documentation for the packing process, and printed labels with the relevant data. I ensured that all the QA/QC standards were followed and that the parts were packed and shipped efficiently. I also lifted heavy weight parts for repair when needed. I enjoyed working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, where I could apply my quality assurance, quality auditing, and printing skills, and contribute to the company's goals and values.
