As a Technical Lead at BirlaSoft I develop software solutions for manufacturing execution systems (MES/MOM) and industrial internet of things (IIoT) for various industries. I work with C#, JS, TypeScript, Angular9, .CORE 6, and MS SQL to create applications that integrate the shop floor automation layer with the IT layer, enabling genealogy tracking, quality control, order management, and real-time product monitoring. I also develop tools required for configuring IO-link modules via ethernet ip/ profinetgWith a degree in Automation and Robotics from B V B College of Engg. & Technology, HUBLI, I have more than five years of experience in communicating with industrial automation systems via OPC UA ,DA technologies, ethernet ip and profinet. I have used OPC UA and DA, ethernet ip and profinet dotnet libraries to develop windows services and applications that communicate with PLC, SCADA, barcode printer/scanner,io link masters and other devices to log the data for KPI calculation, analytics, and industry 4.0 applications. I have also obtained a certification in Simatic IT UA Discrete Manufacturing from Siemens PLM Software.
