I lead the Access Management Systems organization at Amazon responsible for authorization of physical and digital resources at Amazon. In my role, I define the vision and roadmap for the future of Access Management, and lead execution so that the path of least resistance for managing access is secure and compliant by default. My teams are responsible for managing access to 100s of millions of resources processing authorization requests at the rate of millions of requests per second.

At Facebook, I built from the ground up a cross-functional organization, focused on private and safe experiences for users of Video Chat and Rooms across Messenger, Instagram and Facebook.Privacy: Led a 30-person team, that enabled End to End Encrypted Calling and Rooms across Messenger, Instagram and Facebook ushering a new generation of private and engaging video chat experiences.Safety: Developed the vision and built product experiences that keep users safe from virtual and real world harm across calling experiences on Messenger, Instagram and Facebook.

Engineering manager on Azure Cost Management that enabled Enterprise users manage their Azure and AWS costs together in the Azure Portal in a single pane of glass.

* Architected and led a cross-team effort for commercial modernization of Microsoft Cloud Marketplaces that enabled 3rd party Marketplace products to be sold by 1000 additional independent software vendors (ISVs) in 140 countries, across 2 million direct customers, 70,000 resellers and 35,000 Microsoft Field agents via multiple business models and delivery channels.* Led the development of a commercialization platform for 3rd party SaaS developers to monetize their products on Microsoft Cloud Marketplaces (Azure Marketplace and Microsoft Appsource) based on myriad of business models unlocking millions of $s of incremental revenue.

As a virtual technical lead built a born-in-the cloud Azure based multi-tenant service that empowers Microsoft partners and ISVs with the ability to create and market templatized Software-as-a-service ERP implementations targeting specific verticals / localizations. These solutions are curated by Microsoft thus driving a greater degree of predictability and repeatability in the ERP implementations.
