Currently working as a planning & coordination for mechanical maintenance department of 5.6 mtpa Hot Strip mill, recently commissioned in Dec 2024.

AGM-Projects, heading coordinating the entire plant installation activities of civil, building structural, and equipment installation and commissioning activities

Its a project comprising of 2 TSC, 2 TF with inline hot strip mill of 4 Hi, 6 stands with production capacity of 2.9mtpa of varying grades of Mild Steel. SPCPL is the turnkey project executers with my responsibility starts with handling,erection, assembly and alignment of process & utility equipment which goes upto approx 42000MT. Successfully completed the erection and alignment of entire project through various intermediate milestones and eyeing to start the integrated trial operations after ongoing commissioning by July 2021.

This is a long waited project of hindalco which primary product output will be 14 body out can body stock which will be a raw material for manufacturing of cans used for beer & soft drinks.Its a first ever manufacturing unit in india as per market coverage is concerned. I am associated with theHot Rolling Mill Line of this unit which will be rolling the aluminium ingots to Hot worked sheets & coils. As the project work is proceeding towards commissioning very fast, I am responsible for installation of equipments of this Hot Rolling Mill having single stand reversing Roughing Mill, 3 stand tandem finishing mill with very long roller tables & two shears in between. One thing to note here is that this is an old, used rolling mill line relocated from rogerstone, UK, on which we have taken every care to make it as young as possible and to make it efficient for targetted production output.

JSL Stainless Limited has set up an 1.6 mtpa stainless steel rolling mill for catering to the growing stainless steel demand in domestic market. I was associated with this rolling mill all during its project phase and was responsible for erection & installation of the Hot rolling line which includes One stand Roughing mill, six stand tandem finishing mill with one reheating furnace, coilbox, coiler, laminar cooling equipments and roller tables. It was a brand new mill fabricated & supervised by Siemens VAI which is now been commissioned successfully & rolling to its full capacity.

Joined as a GET and then Shift operation of 4HI & 6HI cold rolling mills.
