• Materials Matter 2020 is the biggest event held by Himpunan Mahasiswa Teknik Material (MTM). • The goal is to introduce materials science and engineering to common people through exhibition and seminars brought by expertise in related area. The event was attended by more than 1000 people and 10 companies.• The pre-event includes Metalloscope which is a national research competition about treatment and modification of metal materials. The competition was joined by 60 teams from 8 universities across the country.• As the chairman, I held the highest responsibility of making sure the success of the event. I led about 200 committee members, made sure of the coordination within the team, and with the governing body of MTM. I moderated every weekly meeting, progress report, and forum discussion.

Those include making a detailed rundown, mapping the event, making sure of a good coordination amongst the subdivisions. • Coordinated with other divisions especially public relation and sponsorship. • Pitched our event to the sponsors, such as Telkom Indonesia, Paragon, and NET Media.
