Tata Sky Management Trainee Programme:Completed the year long Management Trainee Programme with stints in different functions like Sales, Field Operations, Product Marketing & Brand Marketing:Sales - Successfully carried out expansion of sales channel in Tier 3 & 4 towns in rural Gujarat. Achieved different Sales related targets and awarded best ASM in the circle.Field Operations - Managed Operations for Ahmedabad territory (rural + urban). Onboarded new service partner to cater to the rising service requests in the area.Product Marketing (Commercial + Content) - Managed acquisition, engagement and growth parameters of Tata Sky Mobile App wrt clicks, watchtime, geography, genre etc. Executed a marketing campaign on app to maximized VAS engagement and acquisitions .Brand Marketing (Communication) - Developed strategy and prototypes of BTL Campaigns for Sales & Service Partners working in collaboration with different teams like Sales, Field Service, Commercial etc. and launched the same. Had a presentation with the Ex-Com for the same.

My summer internship was with Capgemini Technology Services Ltd. wherein I was allotted a project related to Project Management. The key deliverables included launching a new service line concerning all the PMO activities for the different ongoing projects in the Business Unit. The internship involved among other things discussing key concerns and ideas with different stakeholders and ironing out wrinkles. The new service line was later piloted on two key projects with leading UK clients which helped our team achieve 'billability' and finance the service line.

Team Lead for the Ed-Support Social Project meant for providing education to the underprivileged. Three years of experience in mentoring and volunteering with Make A Difference, Ahmedabad. It had to do with managing the educational and healthcare needs of 40 HIV positive children at a special child care home in Gandhinagar, Gujarat.
