In TCS I have worked in a Banking Domain supporting complete Online banking applications features for CIBC (Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce). I am good in analyzing logs and provide correct information during any issues. Incidents Management ,Change Management, Problem management all these I am aware off. Worked on Certificate Management PKI part on monitoring complete CIBC certificates on Venafi tool and renewing it as an when required.

Well EBPP also is a secure system for companies to electronically present bills and other related information to their customers, and receive the payments of these bills electronically. We support Billpay feature for more than 25 US banks and used to monitor the overall traffic on splunk. If any bank is down for billpay we used to create ticket, check logs on splunk , engage corresponding backend teams and try to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Worked for ING ( Voya ) to get the customers payment processed as per there request ( Monthly , Quaterly ,Semi -Annually , Annually ). Monitoring the batch jobs and get them successfully executed as schedule. Expert in unix commands and executing SQL queries as required.
