I am Aditya Jangid, a TCS alumnus with a boundless passion for technology and unparalleled expertise in Business. Honesty and ethicality are two of my strongest suits and I’d describe myself as a man of his words. I don’t hesitate in moving forward with something when I have a firm conviction about it and when I do, I ensure to make the endeavour successful before handing it over to my subordinates.Primarily a product person, I have a deep appreciation for the translation of Design & Technology into business opportunities. Hailing from a finance background, I had minimal experience in the digital world. However, it didn’t stop me from realising that digitisation has become the need of the hour. Since the AdCounty's inception, Mr Jangid has fulfilled diverse roles ranging from financial oversight and supervising content strategies to steering the CPI and CPL verticals and managing programmatic advertising. With social media gaining prominence, I put my heart and soul into creating our in-house live streaming platform – VOOHOO live. Building a great product requires undeterred effort and relies heavily on the three pillars of User Experience, Technological Advancement & Revenue potential.I aspire to create an organisation where equity stands at the forefront and every individual works towards a common relatable goal and puts their best foot forward. As the Founder, it is crucial for me to take prompt decisions and provide resolutions in the shortest possible timeframe. Thus, I go ahead with swift actions and avoid wasting excessive time contemplating the outcomes. If it’s right it will boost my confidence and if it isn’t, it will be a learning for me and my team. I am a multitasker with an optimistic outlook who relentlessly works towards his goals.
