Aditya. R. Kammar Proprietor Siddheshwar Infinity Hubballi I have been in the steel industry manufacturing safes, lockers andcabinets for more than five years. I’ve worked in Siddheshwar & Co. Pvt. Ltd, Hubli which is then founded by my great grandfatherin the year 1918 (A Centenary OldCompany)I was a student of the pioneer commerce institution in North Karnataka – K.L.E Society’s Jagadguru Gangadhar College of Commerce, Hubballi pursued Bachelors of Commerce. I spent my days learning the process and jobs in and out in the factory each day after my school and college hours.I feel proud to highlight that our customers are from various parts of India marking Karnataka, Goa, Maharashtra, Andhra Pradesh as the majority. I used to trail along with my grandfather in my childhood at the factory during the work hours between hundreds of labours in force working day and night, wherein today I monitor and engage myself in processing the work-cycle. This transformation is utmost gainful to me in my lifetime and for my career. Since those early days in the factory, I have always wanted to implement a capital-intensive method i.e., technology friendly method of production to bring in the efficiency both timely and economically. Increasing the employment is one of my major goal where I contribute towards my country by opening careers in various parts of the globe establishing manufacturing units and showrooms. I believe my time is now, as I have the necessary blue-prints which needs implementation, that seeks industry relationships and connections to make this happen. With help from those industry connections, I’ve created a sound business plan that borrows from established ventures but takes things a step further, fulfilling the goal of Automation and AI Centred manufacturing unit.I respect the Mission Skill India launched by the Government of India to ensure that competitive edge into the Indian Mindsets and enrich their skillsets leading towards the growth of individual, then firm and industry contributing finely to the GDP. Missions to be accomplished 10 years down the line: 1. Automation and AI Centred Manufacturing Units 2. Diversification from traditional product line to new inventions, for instance – Smart Furnitures. 3. Opportunity for all the established centenary-old companies to undertake tender for government projects and serve the defence sector.
