👋🏽 Hi, my name is Aditya Ashok Khalane. I am a Civil Engineer keen on Project Management with a vision to work closely with clients and deliver an aesthetic, unique, and sustainable infrastructure. 🎓 I am pursuing my Master's in Engineering and Project Management from the University of California, Berkeley. I have completed my Bachelor's in Civil Engineering from Pune University, India.📚 I was working part-time as an intern in Samrat Infra, a construction firm, where I was leading a team of 50 workers. My daily tasks working in Samrat Infra were to oversee the uninterrupted flow of labor and material. At the same time, I was also, working as a Managing Director at MPSSVM's Samrat Educational Campus. Where my duties were to develop and implement strategic policies and plans, talent acquisition, quality assurance in education, and drive the organization towards success.💻 As for my future, I want to work as a Project Consultant, to handle a lot of diverse projects which will challenge my technical and interpersonal skills at the same time.🏔 In my free time I like to spend time with my friends and family.
