• Lead QA efforts for the team responsible for increasing the breadth, depth, and quality of Crimson Hexagon's vast data library of over 1 trillion documents from various social media sources such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Blogs, etc.• Work closely with developers to identify and qualify code, and providing useful debug information. Leading the process of testing to merging to release cycle of a feature.• Within our cross-functional team, lead the entire QA cycle, from testing to merging to releasing it to the production environment.• Coordinate directly with the product team to design tests that will ensure release goals and are met before final deployment of product.• Analysing log lines for debugging issues and creating insightful bug reports in JIRA.• Building and organizing test cases in Testrail and assigning them to JIRA tasks.• Played a key role in comprehensively testing the entire workflow beginning with data ingestion containing JSONs, to API calls and UI elements.• Client service tickets- responsible for reporting technical issues and providing support to debug and resolve customer support related issues, often involving database manipulation.
