Hello there... I am Aditya Kshirsagar, a Mechanical Engineering enthusiast on track to graduate in 2024. My journey has been marked by a strong academic foundation, including an impressive 96.2% in Class X and 89.38% in Class XII Science, under the Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (MSBSHSE). However, my true passion lies in technical skills, internships, and hands-on projects. My technical prowess extends across a range of software tools, including CATIA, ANSYS Workbench, SolidWorks, Fusion 360, AutoCAD, Mechanical Creo, Excel, Basic HTML, and Python. It's in the practical application of these skills where I shine.During my tenure as an intern at the Defence Research and Development Organization, I undertook groundbreaking research in the field of robotics. My focus was on humanoid robotic hands, where I delved into the latest trends and technologies. The pinnacle of this experience was the design and creation of a lightweight humanoid robotic hand, weighing just 1.1 kg. This hand was purpose-built for precise pick-and-place operations and capable of lifting objects up to 10 kg. It was a testament to the fusion of my technical proficiency and innovative thinking. In addition to my research, I spearheaded the design and simulation of a Triangular compressor with a common compression chamber, using software tools like CATIA and Fusion 360. This project ensured the precise delivery of refrigerant at the required pressure levels. I also developed an efficient Fruit Washer Machine, implementing a gearing system to swiftly wash fruits at a rate of 200 per minute. Furthermore, I designed and manufactured a low-cost fruit size grading machine, incorporating ANSYS for in-depth analysis. These projects showcased my ability to apply technical knowledge to real-world challenges. My passion for technical excellence is further reflected in my participation in the Bajaj Torque Challenge. Alongside my team, I innovated by creating a multifunctional toothbrush that seamlessly integrates a shaving machine and toothpaste storage. In my journey, I've not only accumulated technical skills but have applied them creatively and practically. This, I believe, is the essence of my academic and professional identity.
