• Drive the core sales activities and the strategic growth initiatives across the Middle East and Southeast Asia. • Must achieve annual sales target maintaining profit margin and high levels of customer satisfaction.• Extensive customer visits (End Users, EPCs & OEMs) for techno-commercial discussion on live cases, getting strategic market intelligence, identifying opportunities and formulating plans aligned to the business objectives for continuous and sustainable growth / profitability.• Creating strategies to access unexplored markets while tracking market dynamics, draw inputs to realign strategies to counter competition.• Reporting sales forecast to management based on quote pipeline and project database. (Tool used : Salesforce)• Keep abreast of competitors’ activities.• Participate as an active member in exhibitions to seminars that promote our products and services to the customers.• Ensure financial risks of the company are eliminated by ensuring customer payment, account receivable and credit limits are accurate, on time all the time, and take the necessary actions required together with the support of the Finance department to reduce the risks

KEPL is a Joint Venture promoted by Kirloskar Brothers Limited (KBL) and Ebara Corporation, Japan for manufacturing of Centrifugal Pumps (API 610 standard) and Steam Turbines (API 611 and 612 standards. (Now, KEPL is owned by Kirloskar Brothers Limited.) Responsibilities – • Prospecting, lead qualification, customer meeting, proactively gauging customer requirements, developing solutions from available offerings, proposal preparation and Sales closure.• Application Engineering - Optimum pump selection and offer / Tender preparation, Getting and evaluating offers of bought-out components like – motors, seals, VFD.• Order Execution / Project management –• Internal order booking (ERP System - SAP), Attending / arranging Kick-off meeting, getting documents approval from customer, Co-ordinating with customer and factory, Arranging Third party inspection, ensuring timely delivery and Payment follow up.
