Aditya has Co-founded PURESH DAILY FOODS PVT LTD which is now one of the most successful start-ups of Jharkhand State. Within one year of initiation, PURESH DAILY clocked revenue of 1 Cr. With a strong management and operation team, PURESH DAILY has managed to be bootstrapped without compromising on growth.Before founding PURESH DAILY, Aditya worked with TATA MOTORS as a program manager- M&HCVHe was Program Manager for Prima range of products in M&HCV product line of TATA Motors. In this role, Aditya was required to take programs through five gateways of product development, from program approval by board to launch of the product while taking care of key deliverable, cost and timeline. This called for extensive working with CFT(cross functional team) involving people from ,ERC, business planning, Purchase and supply chain, Production, facility planning and Quality. One should have thorough knowledge of business processes to be able to effectively play the role a program manager. Apart from the above key responsibilities, he was also a Core member of organizing team for T1 Prima Truck racing championship. This championship saw four successful seasons. Aditya was awarded for innovations in this program in INNOVISTA-2017 which is a company wide innovation competition at Tata Motors.
