Implementation of QA Systems & Procedures through On-line Process Control during Processing and Packaging of various products.Audits of production area and warehouse and Pest Control Audit against Compliance to FSMS, GMP, House-keeping and Statutory Requirements.Ensure quality of incoming Raw Materials, In-Process and Finished Product by conducting various Tests/Checks for right disposition.

Analysis of physico-chemicals parameters, Microbiological Profile, Shelf life Study and Sensory Profile of the various Food Products.Assist in the investigation process when a problem arises or when requested to do it and conduct analysis or study projects assigned to him.Assist the continues improvement team in doing the investigations by timely supply of test results of the given special samples.

Working as dairy technologist in development of feta Cheese from goat Milk & Mixed Milk. Also successfully setup the process for Cheddar Cheese making from Mixed Milk. Looking after operation of cheese plant including processing, Quality control and Record keeping.
