Joined as a Dy. Manager in a Green field project for Ford and commissioned plant machinery and utility equipment's and achieved customer required quality of the product later stabilization of machines and equipment's by preparing preventive maintenance plan and check sheets.Also planned all the required spares to run the flawless production including setup of the new store.

Manager Maintenance when AMW started to build a wheel manufacturing facility in Bhuj and handled the commissioning of related machinery later stabilize the production machinery to achieve the Maintenance KPIs - Worked on efficiency improvement of equipment's and achieved more than 98% availability of the machine by using preventive, predictive, Autonomous maintenance techniques there.Implemented TPM while involvement of operators in this process was the enabler to succeed in TPM.
