People Operations Manager
Current- Developing recruitment strategies and sourcing candidates from various channels- Designing and overseeing employee onboarding programs to ensure new hires integrate smoothly into the organization- Designing and overseeing employee exit programs to ensure a smooth offboarding process- Serving as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related matters- Handling employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary issues in accordance with the company policies- Developing and implementing performance appraisal systems to evaluate employee performance- Developing HR policies and procedures in line with organizational goals and requirement- Managing employee compensation and benefits programs, including salary structures, bonuses and incentives- Implementing initiatives to foster employee engagement and retention- Collaborating with the management team to align HR strategies with organizational goals- Contributing to overall business strategy and decision-making as a key member of the management team- Developing event concepts, themes and timelines in line with the organizational goals- Creating and managing event budgets, including cost estimation, tracking expenses and ensuring adherence to financial constraints- Managing event staff and volunteers, assigning roles and responsibilities, and providing guidance as needed- Overseeing the office assistant and the admin staffs
