From bringing the whole Schbang to leading the whole Schbang ;)Captained a team of 150 creatives across the country. Swayed between being a zookeeper (award nurturer), leader of the hunting pack (creative mentor) and governing jungle laws (culture-setter) at Schbang. Hungrily chased our goal to become the most dominant Indian independent. Bringing in close to 500 awards in all my time there.

Headed the creative mandate and other shenanigans at our HQ in Mumbai.

Lead a team of creative spirits responsible for work across half of the agency's Mumbai group accounts. Clients included Mattel Toys, ELCA Cosmetic, Bblunt, Olay, L'Oreal Paris, Nivea Men, Fiama, Park Avenue, Ashok Leyland, Philips, Syska Accessories, Godrej Properties & Castrol

Moved as part of a core team to setup our office in Bangalore.

This role involved being a creative foot soldier, while always keeping a strategy hat on! 360 Campaign Conceptualisation, Content Development, Script Writing, Planning, Driving Tech Innovations and practising some general Digital Sorcery, came with the territory.

Inducted the Youth Council core team and built the organisation's youth wing from the ground up. Introduced new departments, renewed existing processes, expanded outreach and made significant headways in the way the organisation was branded.

Worked primarily on the hotstar account, participating actively in client discussions & negotiations, determining the brand's business goals, contributing towards setting the direction & tonality of creative executions, monitoring & analysing campaign performances and closely handling day to day operations and logistics. Also worked on a project for AB InBev, with a solution-centric focus, playing creative and strategic catalyst. Responsibilities included understanding the client objective, building an activity workflow and project roadmap, helping design content and structure for the desired platform and liaising both internally within departments (creative, strategy, projects and development) and externally with the client.

Administered the channel management of some of the agency’s operating Youtube Channels, worked in close liaison with clients and performed the role of digital intellectual property planner and strategist for its online property- Sooperstage.

Handled social media accounts for clients, namely Tata Motors (Indica Vista and Indigo) as well as contributed towards the comprehensive social media content plan for ITC's Candyman and '100 years of Bollywood'.

Conducted an Employee Engagement project with the objective of gauging Employee interest and productivity using quantitative and qualitative metrics and recommending ways to heighten those numbers.
