1)Review the procurement strategy and improve process wherever necessary. 2)Floating RFQ to various suppliers for Solar Projects 3)Negotiating Price, Payment Terms & other Terms and Conditions with suppliers. 4)Authorization of Indent, Quotation & PO in system according to terms and conditions. 5)Ensuring Suppliers meet Delivery, Quality & Service commitments. 6)Bridging to resolve technical issues with technical team and supplier so that material is procured technically as per project requirement. 7)New Vendor Development and Vendor Audits. 8)Supplier visits along with Technical/Engineering for Inspection of material or expediting of material. 9)Evaluating Vendors against performance in timely delivery, quality, contract honoring, etc. 10)Providing Monthly Fund Planning for payment to various suppliers and updating on weekly basis. 11)Assisting accounting department by providing clarifications on queries regarding purchase of various goods.12) Keeping record of all legal and contractual documents in soft and hard form. 13) Providing support for inventory management and control. 14) Reporting to MD.
