Incorporates the design and development of a lightweight Moon Rover to be deployed in extreme weather cum rugged conditions and to be utilized for a moon mission, tentatively scheduled in 2025.Ongoing individual contributions: • Design and Analysis of the actuation system of the Solar Panel Deployment System (SPDS), integrating the compliant-based locking mechanism for varying deployment inclines.

The role involves designing, assembling, and maintenance of research laboratory equipment, setups, and accessories at the Department of Precision and Microsystems Engineering (PME), TU Delft, carrying out research in the field of high-tech systems.

Teaching Assistant for the MSc course Mechatronic System Design (MSD), lectured by Dr. S Hassan HosseniaKani. The role involves the following:• Formulating and grading the course assignments based on solving motion system dynamics, designing PID controllers, system identification, and dynamic error budgeting. • Assisting students with assignments-related doubts via Lecture/Office hours and the BrightSpace forum.

• Design of the Gokart Chassis fusing tubular ladder frame with a space frame to achieve optimal chassis stiffness, torsional rigidity, and weight. • Static Structural Simulations of Chassis design, which includes Front Impact, Side Impact, Rear Impact, and Torsional Rigidity Tests, to ensure a design that meets industry safety standards.• Explicit Dynamic Analysis of the Chassis to evaluate the design failure in case of a crash. • Modal Analysis & Harmonic Response of the Chassis to external vibrations and optimizing the design to prevent resonance and resulting high vibrational deformations. • Ergonomic Analysis of the human manikin placed in the chassis in CATIA V5 to evaluate the reach envelope, the vision, and the comfort of the driver.• Design of custom front bodyworks for the Gokart to improve aerodynamics and aesthetics validated by CFD analysis, and Fabrication of the fairings utilizing glass fiber composites. • Assisted in the design and analysis of other custom-designed components of the vehicle including brake rotor, wheel hub, axle shaft cum keys, sprocket, engine mounts, and brake pedals.

Worked on Plant Maintenance module in SAP with ICE section in interest to achieve the objective to develop an integrated, flexible and standardized Information Technology architecture.
