• Designed a novel system that would identify anomalous integrated circuits (ICs) based on their electromagnetic signature.• Fabricated aluminum cavity resonators to be operated at multiple Transverse Electric and Transverse Magnetic modes.• Conducted comprehensive EM simulations utilizing Altair Feko to iterate and optimize cavity resonator designs.• Implemented various machine learning frameworks to distinguish anomalous ICs based on their S-Parameter.• Designed and 3D printed various structures to allow for consistent placement and rotation of ICs inside the cavity.
