My responsibility is to enhance my company’s portfolio and drive growth by conducting research and analysis on current trends in Project Management. I provide support at the pre-sales stage to develop technical proposals for people development and consulting project opportunities. I monitor & analyze data to address business challenges in sales & marketing department and provide comprehensive support to the Board of Directors. Additionally, I manage our partnerships with other institutions and organizing various events & sponsorships each year. I also have successfully developed a new Online Learning Management System (LMS) website – Studyspace.co.id – specializing in Project Management Knowledge and Global Certification where since its launch in Q2 2023 it now has 500+ active users.

I was assigned to the Project Management Office (PMO) Consultant team for the Jakarta-Bandung High-Speed Railway Project, serving as a PMO Deputy Controller. This project is classified as an Indonesia National Strategic Project, and our primary objectives are to provide high-level support for PT KCIC and the Steering Committee, which is led by the President Director of PT KAI and the Deputy Minister of K.BUMN. This involves monitoring project progress, the master schedule, as well as critical issues and risks in the financial, construction, and operational readiness aspects of the project. On a daily basis, I coordinate with several consultants and contractors to monitor their progress and identify any obstacles. Additionally, I am responsible for preparing & managing our PMO weekly and monthly reports.

My responsibility was to establish marketing strategies, execute marketing campaigns, and deliver weekly report to identify areas for improvement and optimization. I also maintain and update various Project Management training curriculum, while successfully develop a new training module on Agile Methodologies & Business Analysis. Furthermore, I am involved in developing proposals for project opportunities and have successfully secured the PMO Consultancy Projects in the Jakarta Bandung High-Speed Railway Project.

I took on a part-time role in developing a feasibility study report of Smelter Construction Project in Kalimantan (not disclosed) with a specific focus on financial analysis metrics including Net Present Value, Internal Rate of Return, Payback Period, and Break Even Point.

I took on a part-time role to assist in preparing tender documents for various Government Housing Projects located in Kalimantan, Sulawesi, and Papua. Additionally, I contributed to the development of the Master Schedule and S-Curve for a Resort Project located in Denpasar, Bali.

Assistant Lecturer of various subjects in Civil Engineering Department, Universitas Indonesia, including Statics, Solid Mechanics, Structural Analysis, Water Engineering, and Transportation Engineering.

Supporting WIKA Site Engineering Department in Daily Project Monitoring and Controlling at Combined Cycle Power Plant 500 MW Project located in Muara Karang, Jakarta Utara. For this project, Wijaya Karya (WIKA) in consortium with Mitsubishi Hitachi Power Systems (MPHS), was awarded a full-turnkey EPC contract worth IDR 3.9bn ($293m).
