This chatbot is used to raise tickets for user like room booking for meeting etc. We have developed the chatbot using botui framework of JavaScript for front end and a django for backend. My role in this project was to develop the front end part. I have used JavaScript, jQuery, botui, Html, CSS for developing front end. Whenever user enters a message an autogenerated message is given by the chatbot. We have trained the chatbot using yml files. The chatbot generates a set of responses whenever user enters the message and the response which has high similarity is returned by the chatbot. We have used Jaccard similarity for response with high similarity. The chatbot also adds the conversation from a user to its knowledge base and it gets trained from the previous conversation of the user.
