Aditya had joined Genialis as their Head of Business Development. Genialis is a computational precision medicine company focused on outsmarting cancer. Genialis has built sophisticated AI/ML models using a biology first approach and leveraging transcriptomics and multimodal data to discover novel biomarkers so that cancer patients receive the best treatment based on their biomarkers which would predict response / non response to specific cancer therapies. Aditya worked at MedGenome as Vice President of Corporate and Business Development where he led the Genomic Medicine business focused on preclinical discovery for large bio pharma and biotech using bespoke cohorts of patients for rare and common disorders collected in India. Aditya also led differentiated sequencing offerings to large bio pharma including epigenetics, single cell RNA sequencing, multiomics and transcriptomics with advanced analysis capabilities.Previously Aditya worked as Vice President of Sales at Genuity Science (formerly WuXi NextCODE) where he is focused on selling sequencing solutions and genomics / oncology assays to large pharmaceutical, biotechnology and large academic medical centers.Prior to joining Genuity Science, Aditya was the Global Sales Leader for Watson for Genomics with IBM Watson Health, where he scaled the Watson Health Artificial Intelligence business signing new clients globally. He has twenty-three years of sales, business development, consulting and clinical expertise in healthcare and life sciences. Aditya is also an American Board of Genetic Counselling certified genetic counselor with eight years of expertise in counseling families in high risk prenatal and adult genetics.
