About Company - TRP Rubber Sealing Systems are a large, established and growing rubber manufacturer who specialize in supplying rubber seals, rubber gaskets and rubber moldings for demanding environments and advanced applications.TRP has over 400 people based in manufacturing locations across the world (TRP Hereford, TRP China  TRP India and TRP Romania) My Responsibilities as Purchsase Executive Are :- • Responsible for making Purchase Orders (POs) & Memorandum of Understandings (MoUs) • Responsible for generating RFQ .• Responsible for checking Approved suppliers capability regarding Delivery, Delivery in target times, Quality , service and cost commitment.• Resolving vendor grievances, and claims against supplier.• Coordinating and following up of schedules, deadlines and delivery dates.• Maintaining purchase record, progressive expenditure statement, vendor performance record.. plan and implement Import strategy and activities with the requirements of the company.• Export Documents Preparation Such As Export Invoice & Packing List ,Follow Up with CHA for Require Documents , Giving Checklist Approvals , • Supplier Evaluation On Quarterly Basis• New Vendor Auditing for based on ( Availability of machinery / plant , Availability of competent manpower, Safety standards etc.)

About Company - TRP Rubber Sealing Systems are a large, established and growing rubber manufacturer who specialize in supplying rubber seals, rubber gaskets and rubber moldings for demanding environments and advanced applications.TRP has over 400 people based in manufacturing locations across the world (TRP Hereford, TRP China TRP India and TRP Romania) TRP rubber has a strong engineering and advanced rubber materials focus, and our knowledge of rubber sealing products and rubber mouldings is based on over 30 years experience in providing innovative design solutions enhanced by our own TRP developed rubber polymers.My Responsibilities As Store Assistant are :-Coordinate the and track the movement of the shipment at the port.proper and safe unloading of the raw material at the Chakan Pune India plant.Inspection and counting the number of boxes of raw material compound as per the packing list.Sampling of raw material to be given to quality department for testing of quality of incoming rubber.Sorting and Keeping the different raw materials in to the respective airconditioned warehouses.Placing and maintaining the raw material as per first in first out(FIFO) .Issuing raw material to the production department as per the requirement and maintain the record of issued material.Weekly Counting as Actual Inventory of Unfinished Products.WIP of Finished Goods.
