I have completed my Masters in Chemical Engineering from CMU with specialization in mathematical modeling and optimization in December 2017. My research at CMU focused on developing a continuous time mathematical model for solving Inventory Routing Problem (IRP) coupled with Vehicle Routing Problem (VRP). I have taken courses such as Cloud Computing, Machine Learning, Data Science, Computational methods, Mathematical Modelling, Advanced Process Systems Engineering etc. which have laid a solid foundation and really developed my programming skills.I have strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms, and I continuously hone them each day. I have experience in using machine learning and data science principles to solve real-world complex problems. Also, I have experience in building cloud-based applications which could deal with big data and parallelize the process.I believe pursuing a career in software development will let me create impact each day and learn new technologies. I really enjoy developing applications using various kind of tools that we have today, and this is what will keep me motivated and dedicated in the coming years in this field. I am actively seeking full-time opportunities in Software Development, Data Science and Machine Learning. I believe I have the required skills to excel in this fast-paced environment.
