• Responsible in maintaining day to day website and marketplace for 6 brand's baby kids and toys.• Setting direct discount promotion and pricing for website & marketplace,• Managing products information, product content like an upload products, rejected products, create category/URL in website and marketplace at all times.• Preparing data for setting promotion and update stock• Familiarized with systems or platforms such as Magento for maintenance website, Anchanto system for sync to marketplace and 6 marketplace stores (shopee, tokopedia, lazada, zalora, blibli and tiktok).

• Collaborate with trainers in the training department to ascertain theirneeds for training administration• Maintain training records (e.g. trainee lists,schedules,atendance sheets)• Prepare classrooms and keep them properly set up• Prepare reports on training activities and results• Ensure neat, tidy, and well-organized filing of training information• Supporting administration in training projects• Answer insurance agent questions regarding training schedules and results viaemail
