One of my first memories from childhood is attending a parent-teacher meeting in school and having my teacher tell my parents - "Aditya is a very talkative child. No matter where I move him in class, he loves to talk with everyone!" Throughout my life, I have developed this art of being able to communicate with anyone at any given time. From joining the debate team in college to studying internal and external communication and working in different careers, I have been constantly trying to hone this skill and use it efficiently. I've also learned that effective communication is at the core of a successful leader.My 11+ years of experience in the development sector includes experience in strategy & planning, training & development, financial management, people management, operations, and partnerships engagement and management. I have worked in various organizations across India, enabling platforms where government resources could be leveraged for community benefits. Creating pathways has involved building cross-functional alliances with local government, NGOs, and service providers.My educational background in Law and Development gives me a good understanding of legal reforms and theories and a deep understanding of strategic partnership tools and trends. I have been successful in building strong ties with partners and stakeholders across multiple cross-functional verticals internally and externally. Helping people find support and direction allows me to be a powerful force for good on a small scale. But, when I achieve my goal, that effort continues forward. Those people may positively impact the lives of others as they move through the world, allowing even small gestures to ripple out. Ultimately, I want to enhance the lives of individuals and families, though I am optimistic that those efforts yield benefits far beyond what I could ever anticipate.
