• Contributing to the development, implementation, analysis, and measurement of works delivering Trust priorities; interrogating systems and developing appropriate reporting of outcomes and trends to identify opportunities for improvement.• Developing and producing high quality Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) reports, to provide robust management information.• Conducting performance analysis and output reporting for the Trust by providing analytical reports and advising trends in order to support the Executive, senior managers and team managers to identify opportunities for improved productivity and compliance/performance against Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s).• Providing timely, accurate and insightful reporting to colleagues at all levels including detailed business analysis and reporting, monthly management financial and other reports; and ad-hoc reporting, enabling the Trust to become more efficient and effective.

• Supporting the development and management of effective business control and fraud management frameworks across the Group.• Coordinating the annual business controls testing and reporting, including working with finance business partners and control owners to drive adoption throughout the Group.• Providing analytical support to the operational assurance and profit protection teams including assisting the senior controls & assurance manager with progressing the data analytics agenda for these areas.• Assisting the senior controls & assurance manager with generating standard and ad-hoc reporting for Assurance, the Leadership Team and the Board.

• Analysing data for potential stock purchase opportunities with findings supporting feasibility reports.• Assimilating data to drive insights and monitoring project progress against Orbits Governance, delegations and reporting procedures and all relevant legal and regulatory obligations.• Building relationships with other housing and local authorities to identify potential opportunities to densify stock and therefore provide the best service to our customers.• Supporting the development of tender submissions for stock acquisition opportunities.• Collating and generating accurate data rooms for stock disposals identified as part of the densification strategy.

• Collaborating with Logitech and Beko’s Account Team on trouble shooting and problem resolution.• Issuing data and proposals for Forecasting Targets vs KPI’s.• Proposing a structured plan for each activity against the Logitech’s AOP across the year.• Presenting the weekly performance reviews with key stakeholders.• Delivering reports- ensuring high level of data accuracy.• Identifying and resolving compliance issues proactively to deliver priority ad-hoc requests on time.

• Extracting data for the purpose of trend analysis of incoming orders from Supermarkets like Waitrose, Sainsburys, Aldi, Lidl, Morrisons to predict and forecast future orders.• Collecting systems update and publishing all relevant daily forecasting information.• Monitoring and reporting accuracy and variance on the published forecasts.• Issuing production plan on a daily basis for all sites of the business.• Maintaining KPIs, monitoring operations performance against production plans.
