Coordinating with Field Engineers for unresolved issues of customer and keep customer updated so as to keep them on our network for long term. Taking a weekly, fortnightly and monthly review with technical team members to assess the performance. Flashing monthly report to Team to track the complaints of customer and check the progress. Flashing weekly reports to the customer to show the progress in service. Coordinate with Sales, CRM, Customer Service, Back Line and other departments in order to resolve the customer’s disputes. Coordination with NOC for provisioning and testing activity (IP Advertisement changing of routing protocol BGP/Static ,Etc.)  Logging network change order for provision and other activity and getting it updated in Metasolve.  Coordination during cable failure & repair and restoration

• Configuring the VoIP phone with static & DHCP mode.• Configured Microsoft outlook & Thunderbird & windows live mail.• Installing & configuring wireless device.• Installing network printer.• VOIP phone configurations and troubleshooting ( Cisco phone ).• Call Manager and SIP phone configuration and troubleshooting.• Handling Video and Audio Conferencing.• Managing Network printers. • Configuring outlook and thunderbird mail clients.• Configuring VPN and VPDN mail account in iPhone and Tabs.
