Placed at Large Corporate Branch - Responsible for providing credit assessment/evaluation of loan proposals for Large Corporates . Majorly NBFCs.- Assisting in the preparation of credit applications, undertaking a detailed review of the overall report and ensuring quality remains consistently high.- Reviewing and challenging aspects of the credit application to ensure it presents a consistent, concise and balanced view of the proposition- Providing recommendations for ultimate decision and presenting credit applications to the respective credit approval committee, articulating a balanced view of the credit risks and providing a firm and clear recommendation- Monitoring of the credit risk quality, including: financial trends, maintaining ratings coverage, timely completion of reviews, covenant monitoring etc.

- Analysing/underwriting of Home Loan, Loan against Property, Lease Rental Discounting, and any other retail products offered by the bank.- Due Diligence / Credit Checks / Credit analysis, Credit assessment of Loan, as per credit policy.- Coordination with the Business department for processing of loan till final disbursement.- Developing, maintaining and managing relationships with business generators like DSAs, Connectors, Chartered Accountants other financial consultants.- Responsible for maintaining a good loan portfolio for the Mortgage business in the region- Undertaking site visits of properties to be mortgaged and residences of borrowers, as well ensure due diligence and KYC of borrowers.- Ensuring proper documentation and Disbursement of retail Loans, following up and Clearing PDD< /span>- Thorough knowledge of various Retail Banking products.- Understanding the intricacies of various cases and filtering them so that only appropriate cases are put up for approval.

● To assess, evaluate review and approve credit proposals as a first level officer for the Wholesale Banking relationships which is referred to wholesale credit involving various products like Term Loans, Trade Finance, CC, ODs and PSR ● Complete ownership of assigned portfolio of accounts including regular monitoring, early warning identifications, deferral tracking and working on appropriate account strategy in conjunction with Business teams in line with the banks risk appetite ● Partner with business, CAD, Operations and compliance teams to help in meeting regulatory compliance with respect to credit dispensation and monitoring including end use. ● Evaluating the creditworthiness of potential customers through Credit Reports. ● Creating credit notes and proposals for risk assessments, recommendations and sanction. ● Approving and rejecting loans based on available data from credit reports, kyc and statements. ● Underwriting/ credit administration of commercial loans. ● Ensuring all loans and lending procedures comply with regulations. ● Maintaining records and filing and upkeep of important loan documents. ● Monitoring and follow up for loan repayments and bad debts (NPA, SMA accounts)
