Baker
I was a baker in Uncle Tetsu Japanese Cheesecake, from September 2017 until July 2019. In my role as a baker, I prepared and baked a wide selection of baked goods that are sold to the customers. I am skilled at preparing a variety of baked goods including cheesecake, honey madeleine, cheese tart, and rusks (cheesecake cookies). In addition, I enjoy the early hours of a baker and always arrive promptly to my shift.
