(Client- Rockwell Automation)• Create contract in SAP against the PO received from customer.• Shopping Cart Creation: Process all kind of shopping carts like internal goods, supplier catalog and Third Party HW-Network.• PO/STO Creation: Create PO for respective requisitions and STO for internal goods requisitions.• Maintaining database: Maintain Database for all tasks in Quick Base tool.• Follow Ups: Follow up with supplier for ETA of goods to provide tracking details to Requester / Distributors.• Confirmation / Receipting: Once good are delivered confirm / Receipts in SAP for further invoicing purpose.• Client Calls: Handle the client calls whenever required for better improvement of delivery of goods and in process.• Review and analyzed SAP entry sheet, Part # and Contract pricing details.• Maintained database tracking results of all bid proposals and Contracts.• Reviewed final bid proposals for accuracy.• Prepared and implemented operational strategies.• Monitored all incoming contracts and service agreements for correct pricing and information.• Inputted new information into company's database using SAP, verifying accuracy and integrity of data prior to uploading.

➢ Accountable for sourcing the Sku provided by Account Executive (Onshore Team). ➢ Working with registered Vendors to get price for items requested by AE and confirm order with vendors. ➢ Sending Trade agreement to non-registered vendors, So that we can get pricing, TAT for item delivery and any discount on bulk orders. ➢ Maintaining records for order numbers, tracking numbers and regular follow-up with vendors to expedite the delivery. ➢ Working with ISR team and AE to process returns on behalf of customers, If customer received the item in DOA condition/Damaged, not fit to customer’s need, configuration issue. ➢ Sending RMA request to vendors through emails and regular follow-up (Call/email/online). ➢ Sending FedEx and UPS labels to customer once RMA is received from vendor. ➢ Accountable for credit update.
