   Review Tender Documents within mandated period for creating Tender Synopsis with Skills & knowledge in different aspects of estimating the Bill of Material & Costing. Submission of proposal for tendering of contract and Coordinate with project site for smooth execution of project. Project review meetings with customer & discuss about new potential markets also coordinate intra and inter departments for all project related activities. Attend & organize inspections & testing of products at vendor end and also develop higher customer – contractor relations. Site execution, material reconciliation, managing team of technicians & petty contractors in surveying & execution of 110KV & 30KV lines & 6.6/110 KV Substation. Responsible for managing team of technicians & petty contractors in erection of HT Panels, cable trays, Lighting Transformers, MLDBs & illumination system. Execution of work i.e. Erection, Testing & Commissioning of 6.6/110KV Substations, 2x16.5MVA Power Transformers, 1MVA & 500kVA Station Service Transformers, Circuit Breakers, Power & Lighting distribution systems, Earth pits etc., and laying of Power & Control cables, Internal & External Electrification works. Planning, Erection & Commissioning of Fire Fighting System and Ventilation System at Power House for 28MW generating plant. Operation & Maintenance of all electrical driven plants, machines and equipments i.e. Crusher Plant (60TPH), Batch Plant (Schwing Stetter, 60M3), Tower Crane (Potain, 12T), Gantry Crane (Unicon, 10T) etc. including planning of spares. Erection of 2x14MW Vertical Francis Hydro Turbines and associating guide & thrust bearing, Breaking & Jacking system, Governor Power Pack, HP & LP Compressed Air System, MIV Operation etc.  Co-ordinate with consultants, Head Office and other departments for finalization of the designs and execution methodology and construction drawings for project execution.
