Key Responsibilities:1. Production Oversight: - Supervise and coordinate lubricants production processes. - Ensure production targets are met efficiently and on schedule. - Monitor production quality and implement quality control measures.2. Plant Maintenance Management: - Oversee plant maintenance activities to minimize downtime. - Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules. - Collaborate with maintenance teams to address equipment breakdowns promptly.3. Inventory Management: - Maintain adequate inventory levels of raw materials and finished products. - Implement inventory control measures to reduce wastage and optimize storage.4. Process Improvement: - Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction. - Implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency.

Production/Process - Overseeing production related tasks including planning, control and trouble shooting.- Setting up production targets and achieve the same within time and cost parameters.- Optimizing man & machine utilization to achieve pre set production targets.- Developing new process concepts for production optimization, yield improvement and develop guidelines for the sequencing of manufacturing activities on the shop floor (SOP).- Relationship management with suppliers for managing quality/ quality of incoming material.- Implementing Quality Standards and Structured Processes / Inspection.- Maintaining Quality Systems and Process Control Records.- Training and guiding teams towards identifying factors critical to quality, reducing process variation, improving capabilities. - Assuring conformance of the product to safety norms and specifications.Implementation & Compliance- Conducting regular internal audits and reviews to ensure adherence to system requirements; ensuring conformance across all functions and processes.- Providing guidance to the team, guiding them on resolving performance bottlenecks as per agreed upon norms, and to establish new processes and procedures.

* Worked as production officer in Lubricant Oil & Grease plant, handling following Lubricant oil & Grease – Petrol engine oil, Diesel engine oil, Gear oil, Hydraulic oil, Break oil, Lithium grease, calcium grease, lithium calcium complex, Transformer oil.* Planned scheduled coordinated and approved release of production orders to manufacturing Based on material and capacity availability.* Lead a team supervisors to achieve and exceed shipment and production goals* Coordinating production work flow for one or multiple products* Planning and prioritizing operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay.* Operation of 24kl transformer filtration plant machine.* Responsible for Flexi tank loading (capacity 20MT) in Container.* Responsible for SCADA System operation for oil blending purpose.
