Entrusted with hiring for verticals like SCM (Integration Services), Microsoft Practice and other service lines – Dynamics CRM, Dynamics F&O, Power Platform, NAV, Sterling Suite, JDA/BY products, Manhattan products, EAM (Maximo, Tririga) products, SAP suite etc.A part of the ideation team to build a new in-house ATS for Infosys Ltd.Awarded under “Business Enabler” category in EAIS Titans FY-20 in recognition of the outstanding performance and contribution to SCM (Integration Services) unit recruitmentKey Responsibilities –• Handling End to End Lateral Recruitment for the “Enterprise Application Integration Services” practice – including but not limited to Supply Chain Management Vertical and Microsoft Practice.• Stakeholder management – Aligning with the business leaders to understand the current/future hiring needs and plan for achieving the same (hiring volumes, split, skills, hierarchical division, locations etc).• Maintaining key hiring metrics for gauging and refining efficiency of hiring (Source Utilization, conversion ratio, Cost of Hire and gender diversity), analyzing hiring gaps and working on hiring guidelines to get desired outcomes.• Conducting behavioral competency assessments for large volume of candidates which includes but not limited to compensation discussions/negotiations• Strategizing for and supporting large scale weekend and weekday model recruitment events• Ensuring candidate experience while adhering to stipulated SLAs• Building a talent pipeline based on demand forecasting and timely closure of positions involving aggressive follow up with line managers & candidates.• Periodically scrutinizing and refining the process via various short term & long-term interventions.• Regularly tasked with mentoring new entrants to the team.
