Previously undertook an engineering-based virtual internship with a leading global manufacturer. Key highlights to date:• Energy: Power generation - Completed comprehensive theoretical modules on gas power plants and renewable power with the intention of developing critical reasoning & problem-solving capability. • Healthcare: Completed a project to understand and analyse the effects of COVID 19 on ventilator demand using data analysis and value-stream mapping. • Aviation Systems: Completed final project on automating the landing of an aircraft by grasping system engineering principles and automated systems. Developed a keen understanding of the process mapping using block diagrams.

I worked as a Mechanical Assembler within a renowned automotive company involved in motor racing and the production of high-performance sporting cars for regular road use. Key highlights to date include:• Intelligently collaborating with different team members on the assembly line's CAB Rebuild stage • Championing the company’s stringent Quality Control / Quality Assurance standards on the assembly line• Fit, connect, and install door crossover & seating harnesses, parking sensor wiring assembly, and HVAC unit • Hands-on support on customised right-hand drive conversion of the American-made Dodge Ram

In a business consultation project in collaboration with Campus Consultancy and a Victorian Government Initiative - Study Melbourne, my team and I had the honor of setting up the foundation for a state-wide International student Innovation Network based in the state of Victoria, Australia.The aim of the network is to provide International students with visibility, representation, and an increase in their connections in the professional world. To that extent, my role as the Lead Team Analyst led me to:• Designed a framework for planning and scheduling tasks in pursuit of establishing the Innovation network by identifying & investigating relevant case studies• Engaged in meaningful discussions with experienced professionals in various government sectors to identify potential flaws in state-wide student engagement strategies• Set up the team communications portal channels for an effective and seamless exchange of information

Contributed my engineering skills to support organisation that focuses on designing net-zero buildings for the future. Working as a Mechanical Engineering member of its multi-disciplinary design team I demonstrated excellent people skills and agility to make valued contributions to the project, which was submitted to the US Department of Energy’s Solar Decathlon Design Challenge, which globally serves to provide innovative solutions to the ongoing energy crisis, inspiring a shared vision of a green future. Short placement for Australian brand- iBuild Building Solutions is a 100% Australian-owned business and the premier pre-fabricated building supplier with outstanding design, research & development, and manufacturing capabilities. Valued contributions included:• Engaged in active discussions with licensed builders, suppliers, contractors, and workers to secure the best quotes on relevant building fittings and construction material • Worked on SketchUp and TwinMotion respectively to design and simulate a 1 story house situated in Tamworth, VIC.

As part of my Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering (with Honours) I successfully completed industry placement for the government Research & Development Centre into sustainable wind energy. Key milestones include:• Proven ability to conduct a systematic analysis of components making up different wind turbine systems• Proven ability to perform research tasks applying principles of LIDARs and anemometers

Short placement with an acclaimed manufacturer - Royal Enfield is among the most experienced motorcycle manufacturers in the world. It represents the mid-size motorcycle segment in India with its unique and distinctive modern motorcycles. Key milestones included:• Conducted an extensive Time & Motion study of the assembly for both the Thunderbird and Classic 350 bike models • Assisted team with analysis work that enabled adoption of LEAN principles to enhance plant productivity• Collaborated with Plant professionals to physically assemble up to 50% of a Classic 350 bike model on the routing line

A student internship placement as part of my bachelor's studies, within a leading manufacturer of military trucks. Key milestones that translate well into a new role include:• Proven ability to conduct Time & Motion study (did it with medium bullet proof vehicle - MBPV)• Excellent implementation of NDT principles to identify and address Quality Control issues of products• Process-mapped the structural assembly of a Medium Bullet Proof Vehicle to evaluate and eliminate wasted motions in the assembly line• Utilised the latest tools intended for assembly of the MBPV
