->Develop the construction schedule on MSP and ensured adherence to planned timelines.->Responsible to validate and certify bills of contractors before submitting to the client.->Responsible to regularly maintain project progress & update to all stakeholders.->Coordinating with different stakeholders ranging from architects, consultants, contractors for a complete project cycle with 90% success rate as per the planned schedule.->Responsible to purchase material, finalization of sub-contractors and issuing them purchase/work orders.->Liaison with the client throughout the project cycle to maintain the optimum level of client satisfaction.

->Collect & consolidate all relevant data and prepare a monthly MIS report to review the projectprogress.->Responsible to certify sub-contractor bills received from the site and follow up for payments.->Responsible to regularly update and maintain all files and essential documents related toproject in DMS.->Coordinate among different teams and stakeholders to get the job done.->Conduct project control meetings on a regular basis and maintain effective communication with the site team.

->Site planning – preparing daily progress reports of pipeline laying & Hydro testing.->Preparing & submitting sub-contractor bills on monthly basis.->Preparing the client bill measurements and submitting the same to client->Subsequently monitoring the pipeline work and comparing actual daily progress with the desired targets.->Stakeholder management->Awarded as “STAR EMPLYOEE OF THE MONTH”
