 Involved in technical troubleshooting and optimization of plant operations. Initiated and led several energy improving/cat-chem saving schemes over the year. Prepared monitoring sheets for Compressors/turbines/columns/dryers/furnaces. Maximizing plant profitability by thorough monitoring through Advanced Process Control system configured on Aspen DMC+ Adept in process engineering design sizing/adequacy check calculations for lines/ control valves/pumps/exchangers/PSVs/columns etc for process related modifications. Prepare and publish trial plans for improving process. Perform process simulations on softwares like Aspen plus, HYSYS, Unisim etc in order analyze various hydraulic systems/columns/exchangers etc. Monitoring of utility systems like power/steam/water.
