Expanded a week-long online debate camp for high school students in Brookings to a thriving in-person camp for low-opportunity students, fulfilling 100% of requested financial aid & transportation to boost accessibility to low-income and rural individuals. Provided debate education to over 200 students from across the country, with 100% recommending DDI to future students. Directed curriculum planning, resulting in 400+ lesson slides. Currently partnering with South Dakota State University to run the camp every year.

When fluid mechanics meets virology: revisiting smallpox – a modeling framework for its airborne transmission | April 2022 - December 2022Co-authored project published and presented in the 75th Annual American Physical Society Division of Fluid Dynamics, one of thelargest fluid mechanics meetings globally. Conducted preliminary research with Ansys ICEM CFD to computationally generate meshing for patient CT scans to construct 3D models of the airway.
