As a Master Thesis Student at Paderborn University, I have been applying my skills and knowledge in electrical systems engineering (ESE) to develop innovative and impactful solutions for audio data analysis. My specialization in signal processing and information processing has enabled me to explore various domains, such as speaker re-identification, diarization, and sound event detection, using machine learning-based approaches.My academic journey has been driven by my passion for research and learning, as well as my motivation to contribute to the advancement of science and technology. I have participated in several cutting-edge projects, such as the multi-channel hybrid systems for dynamic meeting scenarios, where I leveraged spatially supported speaker embeddings and Direction of Arrival (DOA) cues to achieve meaningful and accurate results. I have also implemented data science techniques, such as data augmentation and data visualization, to enhance the performance and interpretation of machine learning models for weakly supervised sound event detection.Prior to my postgraduate studies, I gained valuable industry experience as a Project Assistant at the Indian Institute of Science and a Data Analyst at Accenture. There, I showcased my proficiency in natural language processing (NLP) and acoustic signal processing, developing a speech-to-text solution for air traffic control conversations with 70% better accuracy than any model at the time. I also excelled in building data pipelines for diverse client requirements in the CMT division, processing over 1 million finance records a week and reducing data processing time by 50%.I am a highly motivated and passionate engineer with a strong background in ESE, machine learning, NLP, and data analysis.
