Operations• Played a vital role in ensuring undisrupted supplies during the ERP software shift from JDE Edwards to SAP by quickly adapting to the new ERP system: SAP.• Improved location performance in the automated allotment of indents using the OLA tool from 90% to 98%.• Reduced the cycle time of the tank truck filling from 35 minutes to 30 minutes by identifying the bottleneck, followed by improving the related parameters, and training the stakeholders.• Coordinating with fleet owners and the sales team for the timely execution of indents to supply petroleum products to the retail market across the southern part of Tamil Nadu.2. Automation• Handling Terminal Automation System - ABB 800xa SCADA for ensuring Q&Q of product loaded, safety interlocks at location with alerts, alarms, and real-time stock management.3. Maintenance and Repair• Handling maintenance and repairs to ensure zero breakdowns by conducting preventive maintenance and regular visits from OEMs for AMC.• Monitoring the progress of allotted capital projects till closure of the projects.4. Purchase• Handling activities of purchase requisition, tender preparation, and technical evaluation of tenders for multiple capital projects allotted to the location.5. Supply Chain Management• Coordinating with OMC for the upliftment of products in line with the Monthly Distribution Plan, along with checks and controls on quality and quantity.• Daily reconciliation of products as per sales and receipts.• Coordinating with ethanol suppliers for the supply of ethanol, as per purchase orders, to always ensure sufficient ethanol stock at the location.
