1. Forecast demands of materials & services contract required by end user to support drilling & well services campaigns2. Perform market assessment to acquire information on market price & supply as required to develop procurement strategy3. Develop procurement strategy and owner estimates based on market assessment result / historical data4. Develop body of contract of materials and services in collaboration with end user, legal, insurance and supply chain management team5. Monitor & maintain the procurement process on daily basis to ensure its compliance to government / industry body regulations while fulfilling end user requirement within schedule6. Evaluate bidder's proposal and negotiate to obtain fair yet agreeable price, terms and conditions7. Create material order / work order release based on actual end user's needs or foresight amount8. Monitor materials & services contract utilization and contractor performance within valid period and value of the contracts

1. Perform analysis on credit card business performance to gain insight to assist product manager in developing strategic products and campaign 2. Produce performance report on executed campaign, program or regular business process to stakeholders3. Process and provide data as required by central bank4. Initiate and manage credit card limit increase program
