• Assisting with identified stabilization & simplification initiatives to improve overall BW processes & performance and the continuous improvement items and handled Process Chain related issues• Responsible for root cause analysis and providing solutions for production and development issues.• Handling the Problem tickets of severity 1, 2 and 3 by following (SOP) Standard Operating Procedures and also create them for new issues.• Efficiently Handled SAP BW upgrade from 7.3 SP04 to 7.5 SP16• Key Member of NETTOYAGE Project (BW Decommissioning Project) which has happened in phases: - Phase 1 – Decommissioning of unused queries by creating a custom program and storing all the deletedqueries in a Direct update DSO - Phase 2 – SAP BWA (Business Warehouse Accelerator) Decommissioning - Phase 3 – Reducing the Overall Database Size for swift movement of data during AWS Migration.

• Handling BW platform related activities including overall size, handling system slownesses and data optimisation related activities.• Working on BWA (Business Warehouse Accelerator) on activities like creating/deleting and maintenance of indexes.
