The responsibilities include Sourcing candidates for bulk hiring for Entry level as well as Lateral profiles, for which I have to use multiple platforms such as Instahyre, LinkedIn, Naukri recruitment portal.After the sourcing part I also have to screen the Resumes of the respective candidates, conduct their first round of the interview and qualify them for the next round accordingly.After the final selection of the candidate, I have to complete the onboarding process which includes salary discussion, documentation.Performing Recruitment drives where I conduct at least 20 interviews in a single day as we are hiring in bulk requirement.Handling upto 4 vendors at once, taking care of huge delta to be closedHandling co-ordinators upto 5 at once.Recruitment is done for different categories of products of the company hence i need to source accordingly

Recruiting, screening, interviewing, hiring and dismissingemployees as necessary, following all HR processes andprocedures.· Conducting initial interviews (Telephonic and VCs).· Organizing, maintaining & updating ATS information asneeded. Updating candidate records and job postings.· Handling the onboarding, induction & exit formalities.· Managing direct applications and identify top candidatesapplied to engage and pipeline for current and future hiringneeds.
