As a Teach For India Fellow, I taught Grades 3,4 (all subjects) as a class teacher in a Govt. primary school in Hyderabad to a bunch of smart and starry eyed students who hail from low income communities. Classroom Leadership: • Developed and executed a first of its kind holistic learning model which resulted in a class culture focused on multi-dimensional student learning. • Led my students to achieve an average academic growth of 2.5 years in English in two years.• Created more than 100 exposure opportunities by planning and conducting various creative activities, field trips, competitions and by organizing interactive classroom talks with professionals from various walks of life.School Transformation Project: • Coordinated with various stake holders and solved my school’s urgent problems of broken and insufficient toilets, vandalism and theft. My efforts resulted in access to clean drinking water and toilets for over 500 students every year since 2014 and also in a hundred percent decrease in incidents of vandalism.• Setup an activity center and a library for the school. • Planned and conducted regular PTA, school committee meetings and teacher training sessionsOrganizational Leadership: • Raised more than Rs. 4.5 lakhs for my class, school and organization wide initiatives, one of the highest individual fundraising efforts by a fellow from my cohort.• Event co-founder and organizer, SPRING’14, the annual Teach For India Hyd interschool competition. • Team lead for TFI Hyderabad’s Management, Investment and Culture Committee’s Exposure wing. Awards won:• One of the four global fellows selected to participate in Teach For All-Synergies, a global conference for 40 partner countries held in UK in 2013. Selected for mentorship in a social venture accelerator.

Co-developed, managed and executed Salesforce.com Foundation India's FIRST BizAcademy program.

• Executed challenging technical projects like a COE (Common Operating Environment) OS platform deployment for entire campus, Printer centralization, IT asset inventory and Service Desk management which resulted in significant reduction in IT costs. • Designed an IT lab and also procedures for IT asset management in the company.

• Gave strategic inputs for improving the creative design and functionality of two websites.• Lead Coordinator between various departments for successful project completion.
