This required me to not only look at the talent landscape in India but also the vast pool of Indian talent globally.As Global Head, I provided business with visibility into the Indian talent landscape as the business started to focus on optimizing cost and leveraging talent. I also led a major employer branding campaign for Yash Globally that helped Yash articulate its culture to its potential talent pool and helped it become one of the leading places to work in.In 2013 I transitioned out to be an entrepreneur and started VBridge Consulting a HR and Business Consulting company. Today VBridge have been rated as a preferred Vendor with Tier 1 Companies in India with a global foot by catering to resource needs in USA, UK, Australia, Malaysia, Middle East and Singapore. The ethos I follow and which transcend down to the team is to be a leader, strategic thinker and decision-maker. I believe and have emphasized the importance and significance of 5 I's – Inform, Invite, Involve, Initiate and Improvise - the basic tenets of management of employees understand their role and organization's expectations, relationships etc. so that each one of them feel the same and be an integral part of the system, thereby contributing their share in its growth.
