Having 115 Rooms & Suites which has everything to offer to a Leisure or a Business Guest. This was the first time when I was introduced to such an ever-changing industry. I started my training at the Concierge Desk and then moved to the Front Desk. While I was getting hands-on experience from the hotel, I benefitted the hotel by having smooth interactions with the guest. Being a local from the city, it helped me to engage and at the same time build trust with the Hotel Guests.
